With the Vettec Thermobox Steamy, your Vettec cartridges are always ready for use. The thermobox keeps the product at constant processing temperature which makes the chemical reaction time of the 2 components optimal. This allows Vettec to offer the best result for the predetermined treatment.

The Vettec Thermobox Steamy has Ultratherm® insulation in the lid in addition to 3-double insulation on the outside, keeping the temperature constant for 8 to 12 hours. This makes this box ideal for keeping Vettec tubes cool in summer and warm in winter. With an ideal processing temperature of Vettec between 15 and 25 degrees C, you get the best chemical reaction time of the product to provide optimal performance.This processing temperature is very important to consider. For example, with colder tubes the viscosity goes up and it is more difficult to get the product onto the hoof properly via the mixing tip. The chemical reaction of the two components is also slower, which gives poorer results. With warmer tubes, it is the other way round. Here the viscosity goes down and the product flows more and is 'wetter'. This makes it more difficult to work precisely and the reaction time goes up. A faster reaction time also means less time for good adhesion.In addition to storing cartridges, the thermobox also offers the option of storing other Vettec items.
